Established in 1873, the bowling club was created as the centrepiece of the beautiful St Vincent Gardens in the heart of the bayside suburb of Albert Park. The bowling green itself is open for 9 months of the year (September-May) and is available for social bowling, functions, professional lessons or competition, including Pennant (members only).
Albert Park is a bowls club for people of all ages and bowling experience. The club, with its beautiful surroundings and friendly atmosphere, is the perfect place either to while away a few hours with a cold drink and social roll on a warm Sunday afternoon ... or to get caught up in the thick of the competitive action of Tuesday and Saturday Pennant.
