PRICING

Invitation

Albert Park Bowls Club facilities are available for use to conduct a Bowling event with associated social activity. We offer the use of our both our Bowling Rinks & Club Rooms as a package.

As we do not provide a catering service, we recommend one of our two catering partners for your convenience - G'DayChef and Spitting Image.

Alcohol consumption (to be provided by the Club) must be in strict accordance with its permit.

Number of guests

We can cater for a maximum of 100 guests and members.  Guests must sign in by providing name and address for liquor licence purposes.  The Club will arrange for a Club member’s attendance with them.  Hirers must identify a responsible person.

We have a minimum hiring rule of 40 people (or 5 rinks of 8 people).  For any more than 40 people we will deem that 80% will be participating as bowlers and that the appropriate number of additional rinks will be used and paid for up to a maximum of 9 rinks.

The Club will provide coaching guidance to new bowlers and the requisite equipment - Bowls, Mats, Jacks, Scorecards etc .

All Bowlers will be required to provide and wear flat soled shoes or bare feet.

All attendees will be asked to respect the green rules and be mindful of our neighbours including when arriving and leaving.

Our facilities are available as follows -

Sunday: 11.00am/7.00pm             
Monday: 11.00am/10.00pm
Tuesday:  4.00pm/10.00pm             
Wednesday: 11.00am/4.30 pm           
Thursday: 11.00am/4.30 pm            
Friday:  11.00am/10.00pm           
Saturday:  Closed (club events)

Alcohol Policy

The Club's Liquor licence does not allow BYO. The Club supplies liquor to members and guests at competitive prices and in accordance with its licence.  Designated Bowls Club personnel will provide Bar Service.

Consumption of Alcohol around the green or on the apron outside the Club House will cease at dusk or 8.00pm on Sunday/ 9.00pm any other day whichever is earlier. Any drinks or empty drink containers outside the Club House at these end times will need to be brought into the Club House.

Children Policy

All children must be under parental supervision at all times.

No child under the age of 12 shall be permitted on the Bowling Rinks in view of the potential Health and Safety risk.

No child under the age of 18 shall be permitted to consume alcohol. Age checks may be requested.
